Return & Refund Policy

At NARTHA, every saree is thoughtfully curated with care, quality, and elegance. We want you to shop with confidence, and we are committed to handling concerns with fairness and transparency.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
  • The saree must not have stains, perfume smell, or signs of wear.

Please note: Used or damaged items are not eligible for return.

โŒ Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during sale or discount offers.
  • Customized or altered products, if applicable.
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Slight color variations caused by photography, lighting, or screen display.

๐Ÿ”„ Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory and exclusive low-quantity designs. If your return is approved, the amount will be refunded, and you may place a fresh order for another available product.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

๐Ÿšš Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the wrong or damaged product was sent by us.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • NARTHA is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

๐Ÿ“ธ Damaged / Wrong / Missing Product Claims

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing product issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share your order number along with clear supporting photos or videos.

Mandatory requirement: An unboxing video is compulsory for any claim related to damage, wrong item, missing item, or package tampering.

  • The video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
  • The shipping label must be clearly visible in the video.
  • The product must be shown fully and continuously without cuts or pauses.

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or resolution.

๐Ÿงต Natural Fabric Variation

Many of our sarees are crafted in cotton and may carry slight thread mix, minor weaving irregularities or slight color variations. These are not defects, but part of the authentic beauty and character of the fabric.
